Christmas Wonderland is based in Singapore where Singaporean and tourists celebrate their Christmas every year. Christmas Wonderland is located in Gardens By The Bay Singapore. I was celebrate my Christmas in Singapore on year 2015. This was my very first time celebrate Christmas in Singapore. My purpose of celebrate Christmas in Singapore was to visit this beautiful Christmas Wonderland in town as well as to experience the Christmas environment. Apart From that, Garden by the Bay was my mainly explore point.
Christmas Wonderland is always happening between 28 November and 26 December every year. There is a lot of activities such as light entertainment, Christmas parades, Christmas lights, Santa’s workshop, light sculptures, Meadows Theatre, Festive entertainment, Blizzard Time, Garden Rhapsody, Carnival games and rides, Festive Markets as well as the Poinsettie Wishes Floral Display.
How to get there?
You could catch the MRT to get off at the Bay Front Train Station then look out for the exit for the Gardens By the Bay 😉
My Highlights in Christmas Wonderland
I had lot of highlight about my Christmas celebration in the Christmas Wonderland.
First of all, Gardens by the bay is all about the Gardens which is like Perth Botanic Garden. The event host just organize for this Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the bay. When it comes to Singapore’s must-see attractions, you must mention the Gardens by the Bay! Gardens by the Bay have gone through history and transformed into an important landscaping in Singapore. The flower dome, the double greenhouse in the mist forest, the sky walks of the sky tree and the light show are embellished by Singapore, giving Singapore the name of “city in the garden”.

Anyway, continue with Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay. There is free of charge for visit Gardens By the Bay as well as the special event Christmas Wonderland, so it wasn’t cost us anything but there is some function will be cost such as Shows, performances, make a trip up to the OCBC Skyway and others experiences.
The stunning luminarie sculptures are handmade by Italian craftsmen using white wood from the south of Italy, making these one-of-a-kind pieces for Christmas Wonderland 2015. Stunning luminaries is defined as the light in Italian. I was marvel at a 21metre tall Spalliera luminarie light sculpture – modelled after San Gimignano, an Italian hill town in Tuscany, the mesmerising tallest luminarie Christmas tree in Asia, and new light sculpture designs displayed across the 57,000sqm fairground.

Are you dreaming of a white Christmas? Häagen-Dazs™ helps bring this picture to life with ‘snow’ in the tropics at Blizzard Time. It was a great complement to the carnival games and rides, Christmas village and festive market. Gather everyone and step into a wintry Christmas at Gardens by the Bay. I was very enjoy the wonder of ‘snow’ in the tropics during Blizzard Time presented by Häagen-Dazs™ in the heart of the Spalliera at the Supertree Grove daily. An Instagram-worthy moment not to be missed.
This Christmas walk into the vast tropical wonderland of Gardens by the Bay and watch the space of nearly five football fields turn into a festive sea. Admire the most dazzling scenery in the fairyland: the colorful Baroque light sculpture; this group of works is handmade by Italian craftsmen, and is a dazzling landscape for children and adults.
The tallest illuminated Christmas tree in Asia is 21 meters high, which is also my highlight on year 2015 visit. Here, you will have the opportunity to admire the magnificent mirror maze covering an area of 314 square meters and a height of 22 meters. In addition, don’t miss the Blizzard Time every night to experience the magical snow in the tropical garden
Supertree Grove had lot of beautiful tree in there. There are 18 Supertree in the park.
18 traditional carnival games and rides are available to all visitors of Christmas Wonderland to enjoy. This is a must-go for the little ones in town!

Wonderland is the new Garden Rhapsody – The Christmas Special light and sound show at the Supertree Grove.
Experience the traditional European Christmas market at the annual festival fair. Wander among 24 specially designed wooden houses inspired by famous Christmas markets such as London Hyde Park and the Champs Elysées. A total of 240,000 light bulbs were used in the audience, recreating the magical charm of the Champs Elysees in Paris. Why not stop at a local brand store and pick a few unique Christmas gifts and crafts? In the lively festival market, traditional Christmas snacks and food are everywhere, which is a sensory feast.
Experience a truly authentic Christmas atmosphere with a total of 24 festive huts. Enjoy speciality food and beverages and shop for Christmas gifts all in one location.
